If a change in stay is necessary, we require at least a 14-day notice for a refund of your deposit. Because of our small size, cancellations affect us significantly. Reservations that are made for a week in the summer as well as holiday weekends year round may be subject to forfeiture of deposit. A last-minute cancellation gives us less of a chance of filling the space after turning down previous requests. If a cancellation is made 14 days or more prior to your arrival date, you may elect to either receive a refund of your deposit less a $30.00 service charge, or apply the entire amount of your deposit towards a future stay within the next year. If a cancellation is made less than 14 days prior to your arrival date, and we are unable to fill the room, no refund will be possible.
- Check-in - we can be flexible so contact us if you would like an early check- in.
- Checkout - No 11:00 check-out here! Depart leisurely on Sunday. Longer stays may require a noon check-out.
- Full size kitchen fully equipped so bring your favorite food and beverage.
- Linen is supplied but bring your own towels. (Click Here for list of items supplied and suggested items to bring)
- Smoking is not permitted in the guest cottages. We request you step out on to balconies and porches.
- Sorry, no pets are allowed.
- Rates are based on double occupancy. Additional guests charged $50/person/night.
- Due to the secluded location it is 45 minutes to the nearest hospital. Local ambulance and emergency services are volunteer and response times vary. Guests should be aware that hiking, swimming, fishing and boating is done at their own risk. Some hiking trails have slopes and rugged terrain. Guests that bring their own sports equipment (i.e. bikes, fishing gear, floatation device, boats, skis, skate, sleds) do so at their own risk. A release/hold harmless agreement is requested upon checking-in.
- It's the country and it's wooded so guests need to be aware there is always a chance for an insect, bee, wasp or tick bite.
