Sylvania is located in the northeast corner of Pennsylvania, a distance of 90 miles from NYC and approximately 175 miles from Philadelphia. It is considered the Upper Delaware River region of the
Poconos. We are located a ½ hour from Route 6, Milford, PA and ½ hour from Lake Wallenpaupack, Hawley, PA.

From Milford PA follow Rt 6 west 15 miles to Rt 434 north. Make a right at the Exon gas station and follow Rt 434 (3 miles) to 590 west. Bear left at the fork and follow 590 west four miles to the Village of Lackawaxen. Pass Firehouse on left, over Lackawaxen River Bridge and turn right immediately over bridge on the Mast Hope Plank Road. Follow the Plank Road four miles to T intersection, turn right going under railroad trestle. Follow three miles to Sylvania Tree Farm sign (Mast Hope Ave). Turn right to first driveway on the left. Main house is located at the top of the longer driveway.
